Abstract: This paper introduces the composition, function, technical characteristics of the electric remote control device and its application in the railway 10 kV power through-line and through-white closed line. The practice shows that the device can effectively improve the reliability of power supply and power quality.
With the continuous development of railway transportation, the speed of trains has increased, the density of vehicles has increased, and new technologies such as automatic signal blocking and centralized dispatching have been widely used. The requirements for the reliability and quality of railway power supply are getting higher and higher. Dynamic automation technology is a direct and effective technical means to achieve this purpose. This paper introduces the 10 kV power remote control device and its application on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen line.
1 System composition and function
The whole system consists of a first-level control center, a second-level controlled substation/distribution station, a controlled switch station and a communication channel, forming an open network with strong versatility. Real-time monitoring is carried out on each substation/power station and switch station through the remote control terminals located in each switch station along the line, and the feeder circuit breaker and switch station circuit breaker of the power distribution station are used to judge and remove the fault of the electric line to realize the power distribution remote control. automation'….
The hardware configuration of the control center can be divided into an intelligent communication processing system, an operating graphics workstation and other peripheral devices with a shared relationship, and data transmission and resource sharing are realized through the local network. The operation graphics workstation is connected with the channel through the intelligent communication processing subsystem to realize remote communication_1]. The software includes three parts: system program, application program and operation management program, and each program has the function of protection and locking.
In addition to comprehensive real-time monitoring of the controlled switches and data collection, the system can also quickly determine and remove faulty sections of the line. The specific functions are:
①Control the switchgear of the power distribution system; ②Monitor the operation status of the power distribution system (including the low-voltage power supply of the signal equipment); ③Measure the measured points of the power distribution system remotely; Other computers exchange data; ⑦ data collection, recording, processing and chart analysis across the board. 2 System application
The operating mileage of Guangzhou-Shenzhen quasi-high-speed railway is about 150 km, with a total length of about 400 km of 10 kV power self-closing line and one through-line, and 7 10 kV self-closing power distribution stations and through-connection power distribution stations. Before the power remote control device is installed, it takes a long time to find and eliminate line faults. The power outage time for overhead lines is generally 3 to 5 hours (cable faults take longer), and the affected range is generally 20 to 30 km, which seriously endangers driving safety. . At the end of 1997, a 10 kV power distribution remote control system was built, which improved the ability to find, judge and quickly respond to power line and equipment faults. It only took 3 minutes from finding to troubleshooting to restore power supply, ensuring power supply quality and power supply reliability. The operation of the system has also achieved significant economic benefits. Before the telecontrol system is opened, 6 to 7 people are required for each power distribution, and maintenance personnel are also required to repair the line along the line. After the remote control device is put into operation, only one person is on duty in each power distribution station, and the number of line repair personnel is greatly reduced, and the annual operating cost of the whole line is saved by 5 million yuan.
After the successful application of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen line, more than 1,000 kilometers of railway from Wuhan to Guangzhou, the railway from Waiyang to Fuzhou, the Yuhuai Line, the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Line, the Shihuai Line, and the Longhai Line have all been built or are under construction.
3 Experience and advice
①Change the circuit breaker cabinet mode of the line section to the load switch ring network cabinet mode, and integrate the fault section, signal power monitoring and ring network cabinet to make the equipment miniaturized and not affect the line operation due to maintenance.
②Cancel the RTU and transmitter cabinet, and adopt the AC sampling monitoring unit integrating monitoring, control, protection and measurement according to the principle of layering, distribution and dispersion, and comprehensively and automatically transform the power distribution station.
③ The data communication between the controlled station and the main control station is transformed from the original audio analog channel with slow speed and high bit error rate to 64K digital channel, and the communication channel of video monitoring adopts E1 port to upload directly.
④ Adopt IEC60870-5 series communication protocol (if conditions permit, use network communication protocol directly) to improve the openness and communication reliability of the system.
⑤Increase the collection of non-electricity information of the substation/distribution station, increase the video surveillance and the environmental monitoring system of the substation/distribution station, and comprehensively monitor and control the substation/distribution station from the aspects of safety, fire protection, and image.
⑥ Expand management functions on the basis of real-time monitoring system, such as equipment history and work ticket management, geographic information system, etc., to realize the combination of supervision.
