In 2009, China Railway Research Institute Group Co., Ltd., together with CRRC Corporation Limited (the former CSR Corporation Limited and China CNR Corporation Limited), submitted an application for the construction of a national key laboratory to the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. The Ministry of Science and Technology approved the construction (Guoke Faji [2010] No. 718), and passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016. In 2017, it passed the laboratory evaluation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the evaluation results were good.
"State Key Laboratory of EMU and Locomotive Traction and Control" is jointly constructed by China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., Ltd. , established Tieke Base, Dalian Base and Zhuzhou Base, China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. and the State Council Asset Management Committee are the competent departments of the laboratory. The laboratory has established a council, an academic committee and a secretariat and other organizations, and implements the director responsibility system.
The laboratory has extensively absorbed the construction experience of other domestic key laboratories and advanced international experience, and adhered to the implementation of overall planning, rational layout, innovative mechanisms, integration of resources, and key breakthroughs. According to the characteristics and needs of China's railway and rail transit development, on the basis of the existing traction and control related laboratories of the joint construction unit, the organizational structure has been optimized, the existing equipment has been upgraded and transformed, and a batch of advanced experimental equipment and computing equipment has been purchased. Analysis software to form 9 experimental departments including vehicle traction, integrated control, traction system, auxiliary system, on-board train control system, motor transformer, power semiconductor, sensor, reliability of key equipment and environment, jointly supporting the traction of locomotives and EMUs And control system experimental research platform. It is planned to form a technological innovation system with independent intellectual property rights in the design and manufacture of traction and control systems, scientific research and testing, quality inspection, and standard formulation and revision, and lead the development of my country's railway traction and control technology.
High-speed EMU AC drive laboratory and equipment
In terms of scientific research, the laboratory takes EMU and locomotive traction and control system technology as its theme. Research on traction and control diagnostic technology, engineering of key components of traction and control system, traction and control system testing technology, traction and control RAMS application, traction and control system standard system, traction and control system forward-looking technology, etc. The world-leading level of basic research, technology research and development, experimental verification, equipment development and system integration of rail transit traction and control applications.
In terms of supporting industry services, the laboratory cooperated with the China Railway EMU Technology Center to complete the revision and technical review of the technical conditions of the Fuxing series EMUs. Undertook the major task of "Research on the Key Technologies of Power Concentrated EMUs with a Speed of 160 km/h - Research on Interconnection and Collaborative Control Technology", analyzed and sorted out the technical conditions of the 160 km/h power centralized EMUs, and focused on the mutual control of power cars and control cars. After the reconnection, the interconnection and interoperability technology has been compiled, and the test outline of interconnection and mutual control of the power centralized EMU with a speed of 160 kilometers per hour has been compiled, and the interconnection test has been carried out to provide a basis for the design optimization and improvement of the power centralized EMU with a speed of 160 kilometers per hour. Undertook the key task of "Research on the Interconnection and Interconnection Technology of Chinese Standard EMUs with a Speed of 250 kilometers per hour", compiled the requirements for the interconnection and interoperability of Chinese standard EMUs with a speed of 250 kilometers per hour, and conducted research on transmission protocols, human-machine interfaces, safety loop technologies, etc. , to provide preliminary research results for the technical conditions of China's standard EMUs with a speed of 250 kilometers per hour.
